It is the tile professional’s goal to mold and transform the ideas into long-lasting tile or stone installations. In addition to the client’s expectation, there are expectations within the project team such what a journeymen tile setter expects from the apprentice. This course will cover managing the client’s and our own expectations while assuring the job meets it with quality control implementation. In this course, you will learn: managing everyone’s expectations early on is critical for success,  understanding a journeymen’s expectations for a finisher, and meet the client’s and your own expectations by implementing quality control.
