f you are new to the industry you may not understand that there are different types of "employees" on construction projects. Some workers are actual employees while others could be independent contractors. This module was developed to explain the two types of workers so that you understand the differences between them if you ever decide to move from one type of worker to the other. To complete this course and receive a certificate of completion, you will need to complete the on-line course which will take a minimum of 13 minutes to complete and then you will be required to take a 10 question quiz to test what you have learned.
