This course is designed to introduce a new hire to preparation (prep) materials that are used in the tile industry. In the course, they will learn why a surface is prepared prior to a tile installation, why tile contractors check and mark the floor for flatness, and finally they are introduced to prep materials. To complete this course and receive a certificate of completion, you will need to complete the online course which will take a minimum of 11 minutes to complete and then you will be required to take a 10 question quiz to test what you have learned
