This course is an introduction to standards and reference manuals that are used in the tile industry. These include ANSI standards, the TCNA Handbook for Ceramic, Glass, and Stone Tile Installation, and the NTCA Reference Manual. The course takes approximately 15 minutes to take and then there is a quiz to test what you have just learned.
